Our Story

Since the first time we built a lemonade stand our team have been builders. We set out to learn all that we could about the industry. Starting first in the trades, then studying in college, and working for the some of the top 10 GCs in the nation. The most important thing we learned is that success in the construction industry is all about risk management. Having the proper support to manage this risk is the difference between life and death in construction.

Over the years we found that we were working 60-80 hours a week just keeping the ship right side up. Managing the paperwork took more time than managing the job. Lawyers, accountants, office politics, and cash flow became the primary concerns. We finally said enough is enough and we set out to build the system that could get us back to building.
